What you provide – the recording, the text, the documents you add – is sent by the extension over an encrypted connection to speech-recognition and artificial-intelligence service providers, only so that the text can be generated. Neither audio recordings nor generated texts are stored on our servers, and the providers do not use the content to train their models. The only exception is when you record with the phone app: the text of the conversation then waits on the server until you take it, for no longer than 72 hours. The providers are headquartered in the USA, so the data is transferred under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. First names, surnames and personal identification numbers are not needed – please avoid them.
