1. Acceptance of the terms
By signing in to Dr. Filler (“the Service”) and using it, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms of this agreement and agree to follow them. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by Abba group, MB (company code 307518144), Lithuania.
2. Description of the Service
Dr. Filler is a browser extension that provides automated filling-in of medical forms.
Technology: the Service uses advanced automatic speech recognition and artificial-intelligence technology, including solutions from carefully selected third-party technology providers, to transcribe audio recordings and to help prepare drafts of medical documentation. The generated text is always only a draft, which the specialist reviews, corrects and approves personally.
Data storage: the Service uses information only at the moment of processing. Audio recordings, transcriptions and generated texts are not stored on our servers – processing happens in real time. The processing of data is described in more detail in the Privacy Policy.
3. Consultation packs and payments
The Service is paid for in advance, by buying packs of consultations (credits). A pack is paid for with a one-off payment – it is not a subscription: payments do not repeat automatically and there is no monthly fee.
Free consultations: when you sign up you receive 15 free consultations (credits) to try the Service.
Packs: 250 consultations – €12.50, 600 consultations – €24.00, 1500 consultations – €45.00. The price shown at the time of purchase applies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When the payment is confirmed, the consultations bought are added to the balance of your account.
4. The credit system
The Service works on a credit system: as you use the Service, consultations (credits) are deducted from the balance of your account.
Counting: each generation is 1 consultation. The minutes of voice recordings (dictation and the conversation with the patient) are added up: 1 more consultation is deducted for every 10 minutes.
History summary: the price of this function depends on the amount of documents processed: the expected number of consultations is shown before you start, and the final number is calculated from the amount actually processed.
Consultations are not tied to a month or any other billing period: unused consultations stay in the balance of your account.
Additional needs: if your workload is larger and you need more credits than the packs provide, please contact our support – we will find an individual solution.
5. The user’s responsibility and data minimisation
You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account, password and email address. You accept responsibility for all actions carried out using your account.
The data minimisation requirement: the functions of the Service do not need direct personal identifiers. When uploading audio recordings or providing information, it is forbidden to provide the patient’s first name, surname, date of birth, personal identification number or other directly identifying information – the Service is intended for processing medical symptoms, diagnoses and the course of an illness.
When you use the Service in your professional work, you undertake to make sure that submitting the data complies with the internal rules of your institution and with the law that applies to you.
6. Medical information
The Service is a documentation aid. It is not a medical device, does not give medical advice and makes no clinical decisions.
You are responsible for having proper authorisation to process the information submitted through the Service.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of medical information processed through the Service. The final decision, the check and the approval of the content of a document are always made by a qualified medical specialist.
7. Limitation of liability
Dr. Filler is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage arising from the use of the Service or the inability to use it. The Service is provided “as is”, without any warranties.
8. Data privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the purposes of data processing, the categories of recipients, the retention periods and your rights. As stated in section 2, we do not collect or store the content you upload on our servers – it is used only for processing at that moment. For institutions that need a separate data processing agreement, we will provide one on request.
9. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. We will tell you about essential changes by publishing the new terms on this page. Continuing to use the Service after such changes means that you agree with the updated terms.
10. Termination of the Service
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use (especially the sections on data minimisation). When the Service is terminated, your right to use it ends immediately.
